New Wave Cyber Academy was founded by Jamel Robinson, whose passion for technology spans over two decades, with a professional career in Information Technology beginning in 2006 and more than a decade specializing in cybersecurity and penetration testing. Throughout his career, he recognized a common challenge. Motivated people understood the theory but lacked the practical experience employers expected.
New Wave Cyber Academy was created to bridge that gap by making high quality cybersecurity education affordable, accessible, and focused on real world skills. Through hands on labs, career focused learning paths, monthly cohort sessions that connect students with peers and mentors, and personalized coaching, we are helping create a new wave of cybersecurity talent prepared to succeed from day one.
